I remember when I first wanted to lose weight.
I changed my diet very much.
No bread.
No sugar.
No fat.
Like limiting me would help me feel better in my own skin. ⠀ ⠀
⠀ The truth is, the opposite happened.
I felt "in control", but I do not feel better.
I was still so hard in myself, never satisfied, and I had no energy.
Until I realized: Food should not be the enemy !!
I am a strong believer in eating and enjoying food that makes you feel good.
Whether you are trying to lose weight or not, you should not eat food

The truth is that the opposite has happened.
Yes, I found "in control", but I do not feel better. I was always very hard with me and more, I had more energy.
Until I realize: Food is not our enemy !! I strongly believe in the diet of foods you want and make you feel good.
