If you need a quick and effective glute to work out, look no further

I sent this a few months and did it again that day. I know what it's all about this exact combination of exercises, but it makes the perfect glute burner and takes only about 45 minutes 👌🏻

Heat up: Banded body squats 2 x 20, banded side steps 2 x 15 each side
Smith machine w feet close and 1-2 feet for your body 4 x 12 (I made 25 plates in each side)
Super set w banded body squats 4 x 15
Weighted step ups 4 x 10 each side (I used 20 lb DB in each hand)
Superset w banded kick back 4 x 15 each side
Finish with the knee machine 3 x 90 seconds •

Boom. Done. Glutes will be on 🔥🔥🔥
