Here's a repost one of my favorite infographics to date. The reason why weekend splashing / overeating seems to be one of, if not the biggest fight that people seem to lose weight.

In addition to being there on Saturday morning, I thought it might be useful for a few individuals 😉

Are you struggling with half eating? As in, are you doing everything right from Monday to Friday after the afternoon – you know … tracker 📝, practice 🏋️♀️, and stay in harmony – just to blow it Friday night through Saturday night? 🍻😧🍕

You see, many-a-people do not realize how easily a weekend of humorous drinking and overestimate 😋🍣 can ruin his weight 👎

For example, say that who keeps his weight at 2300 calories puts a moderate 500-calorie daily deficit to lose weight …

They could be on the ground all week but then completely offset their work with only one and a half days of splurging!

Now … I do not say you can not or should not or should not have fun this weekend. Just remember to have "too much fun" may potentially revoke the work you are putting on Monday through Friday.

My advice? Keep up with friends and family (because that's what life is all about), but make sure you have a plan 💪☺ having
