It was used to take me 1 hour to walk about a 1/2 mile high that I lived on. .

1 mile per hour. Every muscle and joint in my body, pouring sweat, I knew I had to keep pushing. .
.
I have never imagined that I would continue to do that height 4 times an hour with Blackberry 6 days a week, we knew we had to keep pushing. .
.
We even started going to the Nike Run Club event and reached the 5 mile run, which was back in 2010, still pushing. .
.
Since 2010, I moved a gear of severe weight loss and I have put about 50 pounds of muscle. I did not run more than 3 miles to last week when I did 4 miles, I knew I had to keep pushing. .
.
Today I put a new PR and ran 6 miles, amazing and I am so glad I keep pushing. .
.
Participate in your goals and believe in yourself, knowing that you must keep pushing. Unbelievable things are on the other side of the push, as well as embedded in the process itself!
