@emmhaguee is totally killing @fearstofit's fit and a fierce workout guide. She absolutely loves strength (just look at her face) and she does not yet have an exercise she has not liked.
As for me, I've been testing my own type of schedule / routine for the past two months or so and I absolutely love it. I have a pretty short time compared to what I have learned in the past six months and I have to say that I feel stronger day by day.
Being an exercise program / routine is especially useful if you are just starting out. It gives you a structure and allows you to prepare for what you want to crush the next day. It is also a good way to monitor your progress in building strength.
Also, if you're not already watching @fearstofit, do it. She is not only incredible online training, but is an extremely difficult employee.
