When we first started together, he had a rough idea of what to eat but he always thought it was good and bad food.
I truly love when customers come to me with this idea because I can literally put them out of food chains that are constantly introduced to social media and news.
So after a few explanations on a flexible diet and aiming for calories to be a "good" and "bad" food, Bryan made it a point to eat a pizza for lunch on Friday.
