My last comment on the food we can cook without salt says a lot about how much salt we consume in our daily food. Although we can rarely do so without using it, it has its own function of keeping water in the body. However, when consuming "too much" of white animals, it can increase fuel by maintaining increased water in the body, resulting in blood pressure. This can also lead to kidney disease, heart attack or stroke.
Warning for those of us who eat out or love debris, these too much processed foods have mostly high salt content, so be informed.
We can learn to minimize our salt intake. Is amazed by the number of people who said they could cook rice and jam without salt. Hmmm, that's something I look forward to testing. But we can surely do without them in food such as plantain, sweet potatoes ……… ..
