Be You 👧🏻 I feel very happy and bright this morning! I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I have practiced every morning so far this week! I remember when I was thinking that exercise was just something you did if you wanted to lose weight 🙄 Boy I learned a lot !!! The exercise gives you energy! It helps you sleep better! It helps bones and muscles! It helps the heart and lungs! It helps everything in the body! ❤️ It's such an important part of a healthy lifestyle!
It's not about losing weight …. it's about taking care of your body because you only get one! You can tell me you do not have the energy to exercise … but if you practice you will get more energy!
