Also known as hip hip features, these exercises help build awesome glutes and hamstrings.

They also make you strong AF.


Deadlift. So many varieties here: traditional, sumo, barbell, kettlebell, romanian.

HIP THREAD. This could be the glute exercise. Use a dumbbell, barbell, drawer, or simple leg.

KETTLEBELL SWING. Not only are they built up for fun upbringing, they also burn fat better than so many other exercises. For varieties, use one hand, capsule or bilateral kettle bell.

CABLE PULL THROUGH. Excluded exercise. It is good to learn how to hip hinge. To edit or use motion, use a band.
