✅It's crazy how just a few foods are added just about 24-hour value. ⠀
✅ It is very easy to not even know how the calories add up 🤦♀️.⠀
001600 calories is enough for some people (of course, man!) To lose weight. However, these foods would still leave you hungry and unenergized. ⠀

I would feel very full, happy and powerful
✅It takes longer to prepare, organize and cook than hell yes it's worth it! ⠀
