Training is everything for me and has been since I was 14 years old. So, when you take it from me, it almost takes my identity away.
This is a little upgrade and what happened to me yesterday. My last opinion with my coach on Saturday was good!
We are happy with where I am, but some red flags shook.
1. Tired
2. Tired
3. Pain
4. Don't recover
5. Mentally emptied
Honestly I pushed it aside because I found "all right"
But yesterday it struck! It was the first meeting I hadn't finished. I just ran!
I talked to my coach and we set up a plan.
1. 4-5 days active rest
2. Foam roll and stretch
3. Sauna session
4. Removing toxins
5. Hold the blood through the body
In a sense, this is a good sign. That means I'm making progress! I'm putting to work and progressive too much to show. It's not just physical training, it's all else that goes on. From personal training, online training, customer management, business management, marketing and so many more, the area is selected.
To conclude.
Get a good coach.
Listen to your body and mind.
Rest is good!
