In recent weeks I have heard people talk about "EARTHING"
I've heard this word everywhere, and I decided to look it up and try it
So here I am, Earthing barefoot in my backyard and trying this new one
If you have been watching me for a while, you know that I am this girl who is always looking for a better self whether inside or outside
I figured … let me try it … I have nothing to lose (it's free) and if anything, it pushes me to move more and get some fresh air
So weather permitting, I will now incorporate 20mins daily into my daily work

What is Earthing?
A movement called "grounding" or "grounding" which is sweeping a holistic health field. Walking barefoot outside, where the sun is off the feet to connect directly to the Earth's surface, is a major activity that is part of a grounding or grounding. Although it may sound weird at first – finish your shoes and dig your toes in dirt or sand, or cross some pesticide-free grass – this is an indication that this can be very useful for health by reducing radiation damage (also called "oxidative stress")
