Workout on Wednesday: aging shoulder! ⠀

The upper body has always been weaker, especially after the car accident. Glaucoma and soft tissue injuries have caused painful 5 years of age; up to just over a year ago, I had to deal with chronic pain and violence. ⠀

Needless to say – I have avoided excessive exercise in the upper body for obvious reasons. Now is the time to strengthen and continue healing my trip! ⠀

This circuit was installed by @achievefitnessboston and it did it! I am finding this exercise allllll in the right places and it feels good! I want to grow my delts and get some shoulder 💪⠀

Eatcheat side increases with 2-3sec eccentric ⠀
Edbanded front raises ⠀
💪plate loaded OH short (should be equipped with kettlebells for increased shoulder stability, but I did not have my weight – the disc was a good choice, to add and instability due to unpleasant shapes!) 💪
Chbench supported rear flies ⠀
3sets of 6-8 reps. I was light (5lbs / 10lb OH short), because I focus on my form. The essence is busy and ensures that my traps do not accept (places great emphasis!) And breathing is controlled. ⠀
