Ok gang, you must try this healthy crepe !!! So stinky Delicious and sweet treat for even low carb days !!!
Thought to see @madeline_moves share this and I had to try it! It's amazing and there is a macro on the spot!
Here's how I did it …
1 cup egg white + 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. (I will probably use a little less next time so that it is not as thick. Mine was thicker and I believe it was thinner and more like a foldable crepe). Mix and cook like pancake.
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat, (or milk-free yogurt of your choice)
Top with all fruits of your choice, but berries are great for low carb days.
Fat: 1.5 g
Protein: 45 g
Hydrocarbons: 9.5
Calories: 215
(These numbers do not include berries … fruit increases your carbohydrate count so be sure to add them)
