Below is what I have been trying to do over the past few years and intend to continue:

✅DIET:
I have made eating a healthy lifestyle. The majority of meals contain lean protein with small amounts of rice or canned vegetables and salads, and I indulge on weekends.
My biggest focus with the diet is trying to keep my protein reasonably high. .

Since I strengthen training 4 to 5 times a week, I usually aim for at least 1 and a half grams plus per kg of weight. But you can keep it around 1 to 1.5 grams per kilogram of weight if you are only exercising 2 to 3 times a week. .

. 🌟MY ADVICE: is NOT cutting out any food from your diet, but you must be aware of the calorie diet.

. EXERCISE:
My strong advice to all women of all ages out there would be to really take up weight training and try to do the appropriate weight at least 3 times a week and can even go up to 5 times (I train weights 5 to 6 times a week) week.
The best way to keep your fat content in check or to lose fat and take care of your bone health is to do weight training 3 to 5 times a week, and also do 10 to 20 minutes of heart a few times a week.
