Sometimes it's ice cream, sometimes it's salads. 🤷🏼♀️⁣

I think we should all live a balanced lifestyle, but what looks to me is completely different from what looks like the balance to you.

Heck, the balance looks different to me today but it did just two years ago

Two years ago, I spent less than 45 minutes in the gym, 4-5 times a week. That's all that was planned for me.⁣

But now I have a job that allows me more flexibility and a job that requires health and fitness to be a part of my life. ⁣

You must find what works for you at this point in your life and know that it is constantly changing.⁣

Maybe 5-6 gyms a week are no longer possible for you. Instead, there are 3-4 fitness centers per week, but at these 3-4 sessions a week, you should give it your all! ⁣

Maybe you are no longer counting multiples but eating more from intuition. But just because you are no longer traced does not mean you can eat ice cream and pizza in all your meals.⁣

Decide your own balance. ⁣

Fuel your body with nutritious food (with a single ice cream sprinkle), exercise every day (even occasionally), drink a gallon of water and have a little "me" time each day. ⁣

Right now it's a balance. 🥳
