Tip Tuesday: Recovery!

Do you have recovery in your programming? Foam rolling, stretching, mental and physical rest are incredibly important for your health and goals. .
One of the best investments I made (actually, a master got it for me) was my foam roller. I think it cost $ 25 and I've had it for almost 4 years now. I roll DAILY to promote blood flow and work up sore muscles. This has been my life-saving experience for me and continued between Chiro visits.

Stretching is huge, which a lot of people skip. Think about what you are doing as you exercise (reduce) your muscles. Stretching lengthens the muscles and helps with flexibility and pain. Remember that when stretching, it should be AWESOME but not painful! .
A little every day goes a long way and it doesn't have to be a lot of production! Move your butt to the floor while watching TV at night and stretching! Get your whole family involved! It will benefit everyone.
