Why couldn't the fastest participant work for you? ⁣

When I tell people that I practice PURPOSE FASTING, many people tell me that they have tested IF more than once, and they failed miserably every time! ⁣

In my opinion, people who struggle with PURPOSE FASTING encounter difficulties because you approached them incorrectly.⁣

Although EFFECT FASTING is not for everyone, I have listed below three mistakes that you could make with experiments with IF for the first time, or for the first time … lol⁣

‼ ️ Being aware of top mistakes can be the difference between success and failure‼ ️⁣

1️⃣ You quit before your body could start to eat later⁣

I'm not going to lie, the first few days, even the first week, could be a struggle

I promise you that if you give your body time, it will get used to it and it will be easier and easier⁣

So if you plan to test on a regular basis, it is best for you to calm yourself down into it. ⁣

My advice is the first day, you could break your fast at. 9, the second day 9:30, the third day at 10, and so on.⁣

It is very important that ONLY does not force your body into the process⁣

2️⃣ You did not choose the right method

There is no method that is most effective because the best method is the one you are going to be able to maintain

So to find the program that suits you, check out the things to consider: ⁣
⬇️⁣

Your work plan⁣

Your workout

Your family life⁣

Your goal⁣

Try it for a week or two and then see how you feel. If this method does not work for you, select another one before reinserting the towel⁣

3️⃣ You are constantly overestimated during the cooking window ⁣

Overeating is one of the most common pitfalls I see people fall into when starting with INTERMITTENT FASTING⁣

Violence during the food window is a common habit when you jump right into fasting or if you end up choosing an empty window that is too long⁣

Does this scenario sound too familiar? 1945 ⬇️⬇️⬇️
