I have never "disliked" vegetables but as a child I certainly did not choose them for purpose. Fortunately, my parents always served them, so the APPEARANCE wore on me in the end.

These days I love vegetables – the more variety, the better. If you are not a fan, change how you prepare them. Don't you think raw? Try steamed. Don't like steaming? Try the grilled. Don't you like grilling? Try the pan fried. Just not deep fry – I have to draw the line somewhere. 😆 However you get them into your system, just do it. ✅ How much is enough? My general answer to the public is always: M • O • R • E. 😎✌🏼⠀
