What's up what's up and what's going on !!!! So I've decided to do a two week series on different beginners, intermediate and pre #TRX chest, triple, back, bi, shoulder and leg exercises. Beginners / intermediate exercises today are chest compressions / push ups, breast flies and then finally TRX sprints. Tomorrow I will release a pre-release of these exercises so be ready for some strength. TRX exercises for beginners should be repeated 25/30 for weight loss. Be sure to challenge yourself. In this video, you will see me go back (extra vector) toward the anchor to do a medium workout. If it does not challenge you, it will not change you. Also, you really want to understand the position of the hand so that you ensure that maximum performance is applied to the right muscle groups.
