Air-fried coconut shrimp

ingredients:
9 ounces of raw shrimp, shell and tails removed
1 1/2 tbsp almond flour
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened grated coconut
1 teaspoon McCormick Perfect Pinch Fiesta Citrus salt-free seasoning
1 egg white

instructions:
Combine almond flour, unsweetened coconut and spices in medium bowl.
Dip the raw shrimp into the egg white and add the coconut almond flour and toss to coat.
Put shrimp in a frying pan and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Cook at 400 degrees for 4 min.
Open the basket and flip the shrimp to the other side.
Lightly spray with a cooking spray.
Cook for another 4 minutes or until crispy.
Don't cook the shrimp too much or they will become dry.
I sprayed Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute over cooked shrimp to finish it. Enjoy! * You could also bake the shrimp at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes and flip halfway through.
