"I don't want to lose my picture or curse myself!" I get so shitty from some of what people tell me before I start my program 🙂 This is Melina, a client on my schedule and is literally just beautiful to me. LOVE how she rocks her new red dress and shoes. She used to have confidence but oh boy does she have confidence now! 🙂 More than the external change in learning sustainable healthy practices is what I love most. This salad has perfect texture, taste and is so satisfying. It is also easy to create and have lunch! Add a few sides to it if you need to bulk up your calories

ingredients:
2 Persian cucumbers
2 tomatoes
2 ounces of chicken
4 olives
1 oz feta cheese
1/2 lime
2 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

instructions:
Chop all the ingredients. Add lime, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Having trouble choosing who to believe when it comes to your diet?

My best advice;

Believe in yourself.

Do your own research. Eat the food. Record how they feel about you. Be curious. Keep an open mind. Educate yourself about what food does to your body.

Then decide for yourself.
.
Quote I tell all my clients is;
.
"Eat what you want, but understand what it does to your body."
.
If you want a cake, eat the cake. Just leave what the cake will do in the body.
.
Education is power. So do your own education, seek help or guidance. Stop trying to believe in someone else, believe in yourself. Decide for yourself.

Proper recovery from exercise is essential to maximize muscle mass gain. Several methods are intended to improve the recovery process. Cold water absorption is becoming an increasingly popular trend in this regard. Although some evidence suggests that it helps to reduce muscle delays, new research suggests that it is actually a counterbalance to muscle structure. This has been shown in long-term studies in which it affects muscle growth, as well as in acute studies of various factors needed to build muscle. Conclusion: If your goal is maximum muscle development, avoid CWI. There are some studies that show that fever can actually contribute to better recovery without compromising gainz (or even boosting tissue growth) but insufficient evidence so far for IMO to advocate a favorable strategy. 💪🏽
