I have experienced great fatigue, moderate muscle pain and mild bloating for weeks.
.
.
Some days the symptoms are worse than others, but overall I do not feel well. .
.
My energy is not the same. .
.
I used to love to wake up at dawn to get a workout and complete most of my most important tasks before.
.
.
I used to work hard and loved a good challenge.
.
.
I used to get excited about getting things on my to-do list quickly and efficiently.
.
.
But in recent weeks, my mood has changed. .
.
It is a struggle for me to wake up early and I feel like I am about to end the day. .
.
No matter how much caffeine I drink or sleep, my energy is the same. .
.
No matter how many motivational cues I listen to or personal development books I read, I do not attack my day with the same power as I used to.
.
.
Something's off. .
.
In recent weeks I have tried to figure it out one by one. I checked to see if gluten does not fit into my diet as I am very sensitive. I've walked and stretched more, watered properly, added probiotics and advised myself to sleep at 11pm. .
.
But that didn't help. I am still so tired and bloated and the pain continues. It's like I'm in a constant brain fog and I just feel weird!
.
.
After going back and forth with my amazing colleuge @ michelleshapirord, who specializes in treating gastrointestinal and hormonal disorders, she helped me identify what I am most likely to experience; adrenal fatigue and intestinal leakage.
.
.
Testing these conditions is difficult, so she volunteered to help me treat them to see if my symptoms are relieving. .
.
Day 1 today: My energy is still low, but I feel better knowing that it could end soon!
.
.
Over the next few days I will share more about how I feel and what it takes to heal. Keep track of 🙏🏼
