The summer is approaching and everyone is feeling the summer body. sum
The gym is full, especially the cardiac ward, everyone is jumping on a new cool diet (oh, as is the Beyonce Shit), doing all the cleaning, starving – without success. ✨🦋
I used to stress like this for big events or seasons (summer vacation, friend's wedding).
I mean who doesn't want to look good for the holidays?
I am honest with you, I never felt good and looked good before I went on vacation
3-4 months before "summer" I started to limit my diet
I started doing a lot of cardio on the treadmill with the hope of losing those stubbornness and elation in my body.
But I never did a diet that was sustainable for me. I saw that it helped someone who has the body I want – and I copied them.
But how come I didn't see the results I wanted?
Because I restricted the diet and it was not sustainable for me. I craved so many foods at night. And I mixed every single piece of my favorite chocolate on weekends
