Making changes is uncomfortable.
But where you are now is uncomfortable too.
What discomfort do you want to take?
The feeling of being uncomfortable in the skin right now or the feeling of being uncomfortable as you move your body through a workout?
If you feel stuck, then what you are doing and "always done" is no longer working.
Change it. Be really uncomfortable.
Move your body. Hire a coach. Be open to the fact that 1200 calories are not the solution.
So, what are you going to do today that will force you out of your comfort zone?
Go and do it.
