I had weighed about 40 kg in 5 years and even though I was going to the gym often, I did not eat healthy and ate emotionally as a way to cope with stress and unhappy relationship. In October 2018, I decided enough was enough and took me along. The biggest thing I've learned is how important it is to be stable. Training 5-6 days a week and counting macros has worked best for me. It's not perfect, but it was never the goal, just to be on a day-to-day, week-to-week basis.
