It is not something that you reduce belly fat or saggy arms or big thighs, it is something you do to show yourself a lob. This is the care you do for yourself to release your mind from all the stress and give your body the chance to move.

So if your main goal while exercising is to love the exercise / exercise you are doing, but only you will get the added benefit of it.

Don't go for an exercise you don't like. If you like dancing then do it as your workout. If you like the plots go for it, if something else does. Do what you care to do instead of looking at others and do what they are doing.
