So why wouldn't you take care of your body like that .. You have complete control over what you eat to fuel yourself, control is how well you care for your body, how it looks and how you feel.

Starting your exercise routine to Building some muscle will always speed up your results but if you don't exist yet don't let it stop you from starting the things above.
