We've all been there. "Good" month. Friday and then BOOM 💥 shit hits the fan. We spend too much on all the delicious food, some drink alcohol like not tomorrow and we are not very active at the weekend as we are this week. ”

Outcome? We wake up Sunday / Monday morning and feel like absolute shit.⁣

Feeling guilty, angry, ashamed and farther from our goal than we were this week
