The size is sometimes so dumb. I often weigh myself so I can see if I'm making progress. Did you know that I have weighed like this for weeks? I practice every day, I eat preparation and I do everything right. And I get on the scale, no budge. EN. I feel better, I look better, my clothes fit better, I feel more confident and overall healthy. Seeing "progress" the way you want to see progress (such as the number on the scale) can be SO daunting. Don't torture you, right. I'm like a pro self-torturer haha. I'm losing fat and gaining muscle and that's what matters! Now, I'm going to try to follow my fitness rules and meal preparation all weekend without making mistakes … wish me luck. Mér
