I've been slack. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have become busy and made it my main excuse to train less. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Training is one of my favorite times and with my training I have honestly found less for myself. Less motivated. Less energy source. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So … I'm going to do it again this week. I'm going to: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– Eat more fiber fruits and vegetables 🍅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– reduce coffee consumption to just one cup a day ☕️
– workout 5 days a week continuously with 1 active recovery day and 1 rest day 🏋🏼‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– go for one health treatment – either Chiro or massage 💆🏼 session ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– bake 1 recipe for a whole snack (unprocessed and unpacked) to have the week 🥜
– focus on getting 1L of my H2O a day (winter is very dry) 💧
