💥 CHEAT DAYS Destroy Your Progress 💥
-⠀
😉 The concept of cheat meal is probably a destructive mentality that you can adopt when it comes to your nutrition. And with the most destructive. I mean, you are literally in danger of wasting your effort all week in one or two days
-⠀
Yes, it is very possible. ⠀
-⠀
Just check the "what most people do" part of this movie. As you can see, literal prisoners are literally shunned by weekend offsets. Yeah, you just read it. Opposing behavior. Eating well on weekdays and going out and eating whatever is on your hands for one or two days this weekend is ridiculous and does more harm than good. ⠀
-⠀
Instead of doing something ridiculous like that. You should learn how to incorporate the foods you want into your weekly diet. You see the difference in the first and second week on this graph? You get to eat foods you like during the week and can still lose fat while doing so
-⠀
This is the BEST way to go about things. Having cheat meals that you do not chase and eating just what you can have in your hands, does more than good. Trust me. I've been there. It doesn't make sense. You could directly ruin your deficit for the week .. ⠀
-⠀
If you feel the need to "cheat" your diet. Get yourself a new diet. Because it does not make sense and results in weekends. ⠀
-⠀
Yes, I hate the "cheat meal" mentality and I think it's clear how you should go about things now that you've read this 🙂 Learn to eat properly instead of cheating. This is downright dumb and interactive .. ⠀
