2 years ago I started my keto weight loss journey at 256 pounds (I'm 5 & # 39; 4 "body weight) and didn't know what to expect. in my mind and took it one day at a time. "If you focus on success you will never change. If you focus on change, you will see success." I started to learn more and really enjoyed my new "the diet". I was so steady that my lifestyle became rather fast.

I have been in maintenance for one year and went from 6 to 4 since in these same brand / style jeans even though I am about the same weight (about 150 pounds … I was actually less for surgery ♀️). Since I gained weight, I have had peritonitis and breast transplants (4 ¹ / ² months ago). It's been a struggle on my own to deal with inflammation and body image that I've never had to deal with before … having big boobs is not all it is impossible to be.

It's still a struggle and I still have to give myself a pep speech to try to be badass every day lol but (and I hate to sound cliché but I swear it's so true) if I can do it anyone can too.
