The result is that the back arch allows people to lift their breasts in a more favorable position for the bench press lever.

When the butt leaves the bench on the bench, you've probably gone too far.

If your main goal is strength, you probably want to test the bow. If your main goal is overgrowth, leave your back lying. The only way to know what you prefer is to not be too proud to test all variants.

At least we can all agree that having your arms at 90 degrees (AKA perpendicular to the body) is a recipe for disaster.
