I used to eat pretty decent Monday – Friday but came in on Friday night and oh boy would I endlessly drink and ask myself why am I so bloated and why don't I burn fat and build muscle?!? 🤦♀️
I had a hard time understanding how I behaved on weekends just wasn't going to take me to have a slim, healthy body.
First, I decided to put my health first and significantly reduced my alcohol consumption. Because I deserved it!
Something funny that my biggest fear was what will happen to my social life? The truth is all these stories I made up for myself that no one was going to hang with were all lies! Of course, because I wanted to be healthy, I started making new friends, finding myself less in bars and more on the racetrack and weighing the station. ”
