Had to write this one because I crave sushi like crazy.

🍣 How good is sushi? Some fish are great sources of omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, such as salmon. They are also a very good source of protein and contain all the necessary amino acids✅. ⠀
🍣 But it all depends on how much you eat and the types of sushi you eat.
There are three types of sushi:

✅Sushi: a piece of (usually) raw fish on top of rice
✅Sashimi: A part of (usually) raw fish by itself
✅ Sushi Roll: Raw fish and other raw materials wrapped in seaweed and rice.

P = protein, C = carbohydrate, F = fat:
🍣 Sushi = P + C or P + C + F (medium calories)
🍣Sashimi = P or P + F (lowest calories)
🍣 Sushi roll = P + C + F (most calories)

Sushi rolls are "smallest" wholes, as most of them contain sauces and are higher in carbohydrates and fat. However, they are great if you are trying to make it together!

But remember, everything in moderation is fine! If you fall off the step, put it behind you and get back to your normal routine as soon as possible!
