In our house, the night usually does not pass unless we end up on a sweet note. Which sweet we choose often depends on what kind of satisfaction we are looking for 🧐

If dinner makes us feel a little bit, which we try not to happen by eating overweight meals (but it does!), Then our "something sweet" might be a bit more, like crunchy pink lady apple with some peanut butter. 🍎🥜 It is a pleasing blend of sweet and crunchy with protein and fat to help us get to bed.

On other nights, our hunger may not speak up, but just like my grandmother, our "chocolate tooth" begs for some entertainment to end the evening. That's why we always keep these products in the house! Usually it's a square or two of Lindt sea salt dark chocolate🍫, but in the evening we went to BIG and made Red Velvet Brownie mix from @safeandfair and let me tell you about these smooth squares actually HIT.THE.SPOT 👏 Keeping dessert items in the house, especially those that can be made into 1 bowl and are free of allergens like @safeandfair, is the best way for you and your boo to cultivate these healthy relationships with food and each other 💏 🍫💜
