PHARMACEUTICAL HELMETS

Ingredients:
25g oats
½ banana
Möndlumjólk
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon Ceylon cannula
Small pinch of nutmeg
A small piece of ginger, chopped
A small pinch of black pepper
¼ teaspoon of coconut oil
Method:
Add all the ingredients to the pot and cook over a low heat and mash the banana. Once cooked, take off the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder. Top idea: coconut yogurt, coconut flakes & cinnamon
