FIf you have a variant of heating before you start exercising. This is one of the heats you can usually do.

💪 15 minutes heating:

usually stretch for 2 minutes, then start slowly for 2 minutes, then fast for 5 minutes, then run slowly for 5 minutes and then cool slowly. It all to make your body ready to lift 💪🏋🏻‍♀️
