When people come to me in training and say they want to lose fat. The first thing I ask them then is, "What are you doing right now to lose fat?" Most often, the answer is something along the lines of "I tried diet with X tad and X juice cleanse but they didn't work. I also do cardio 5x a week & # 39;

Now, this is not necessarily wrong, I know it's pretty hard to figure out what information and products are real and which ones are fake because let's be honest here. The gym and especially the supplement industry is pretty shady and if you are just getting started it can be a real maze to get through ..

Here's what you want to be doing to really lose fat:
👉 Call your nutrition. Be low in calories and eat adequate protein, eat mainly all the food and all the good stuff.
👉 Strength training 2-5x a week.
👉 Sleep well and make sure your stress levels are not through the roof.
OwNow if we nailed all these things we can see how much heart you should do.

I know that's not really what you want to hear, but it's the truth and I can't really pack it better ..
