Fish is going in for me to have fast meals at midnight and this Tilapia Puttanesca is fav! ⠀⠀

Italian cuisine, invented in the mid-20th century, uses puttanesca ingredients that are typical of Italian cuisine: tomatoes, olive oil, anchovies, olives, capers and garlic. We use the version instead of anchovies with pan-seared tilapia and get a good salty taste of flavor from the Nicoise olives and capers before we pour the delicious tomato sauce and serve it with fresh asparagus! ⠀⠀
