GREAT HEALTH FOR FREE – COURSE RESULTS
MAKE COLLECT FOR LATER TIME
For those who are on their way to – or back to college, it may be the surge of change. New housing, new friends, new classes. . . a new beginning. Oh, and did I mention a new struggle like dealing with restaurants?
I may not be able to help you decide which magic / fraternity to hurry or whether he / she is really into you or not or how much time it will take you to cram yourself into the exam, but I can certainly help you avoid the freshman (or other or younger or older) 1️⃣5️⃣.
🎁 I want to give you a little gift that I hope to keep healthy eating high on the priority list as your brain is probably too much of another.
In reality, you will find that being prepared is 90% of what you do in life, so if you are ready to eat well and know where healthy food is always available, follow-up will come easily.
1️⃣ – Eat breakfast, even if you wake up at lunch. Even if you wake up at noon, start each day with a healthy breakfast that includes strong fiber (or fruit) and lean protein or healthy fats.
Not only will it help boost your metabolism, stabilize your blood sugar, control your hunger and boost your energy, but research has shown (over and over again) that eating healthy breakfasts perform better in their day.
2️⃣ – Buy frozen fruit – frozen vegetables and meat. Frozen is much cheaper than buying it fresh, but fresh is also listed above. in the end, your choice.
3️⃣ – Try buying everything in bulk, saving time from having to go back and forth in the grocery store (unless you enjoy it).
4️⃣ – Lastly, stay ahead if you're ready to eat. I say meals in advance for 1-3 days to at least save the week for other events and activities, etc.
Let me know in the comments if this helps you and drop a few questions below if you have any👇🏻
What are some of your favorite foods you want to prepare for the week?
