Weekly Progress! I weighed today and my heart sank! Not only did I not lose this week, I went up in ounces! So annoying! After last week's loss of 3.5 inches, I was so excited to see my progress. Especially since I was on point this week!
But here's the deal. I know my body doesn't respond well to heat. Yesterday my daughter had a song together and I had to sit in 80 degree weather for 3 hours! So I'm sure I kept water from it. I woke up feeling bloated! I went to the store and my feet are swollen! So I'm sure it's the heat!
In the old days, I would have been frustrated and eaten something unhealthy. Today I have stayed on track. Still, I'm going to choose active health. So even weeks that you see no progress, remember that this is not a sprint, this is a marathon. Be steady and steady!
