Before I tried it, I had seen a lot of people being amazing about it
About how they feel good. ⠀
How much energy they have. ⠀
How regular are they. ⠀
How strong the nails are. ⠀
How fast your hair grows. ⠀

So I couldn't. ⠀

Certainly, simple shaking does not. ⠀

Well, I can tell you this a lot
After 18 months, I still lose it because I prefer my thick and creamy. ⠀
And it was in the first few weeks that I found the difference. ⠀
My energy level was up. ⠀
My afternoon slump was gone. ⠀
And now I notice that my nails are stronger than ever. ⠀
They break less often. ⠀
And when I grow them, they don't want to bend down like they used to. ⠀

But I get. ⠀

These 6 practical tips will definitely help you make it a little easier!

Protein helps you stay saturated for a longer period of time. So definitely use this for you.

I think that with a salad of protein a day will most likely decrease your carbohydrate intake and thus your total calorie intake. Not to say that carbohydrates are bad, but it's just another easy way to eat fewer calories throughout the day!

Having a protein snack on hand instead of a very tasty (carbohydrate and fat) snack will help you a lot, especially with the saturation and overall daily protein intake. If you usually eat a snickers bar as a snack and switch to a protein bar or shake, you will probably see significant calorie loss.

Caffeine is a hunger suppressant, you probably already know this, but use it for yourself.

AND keeping your meals simple is a HUGE affair. I see that many people eat meals that consist of 25 ingredients, no wonder watching your nutrition is so hard for you. Stay simple and follow your dietary intake and you will see you make more progress than you will ever imagine !!
