WHAT'S EATING HEALTHY AND WORKING 6 DAYS A WEEK:
. – To fight the development of obesity and unhealthy eating habits. .
– Do not give emotional eating and lack of discipline.

– To put an example for those around me.
.
– Combating family / family illnesses, eg MS, dementia, cancer, diabetes, obesity.
.
– To challenge me mentally, physically and spiritually.
.
– To become stronger, faster, slower and to be bad. .

These are a few reasons and I'm sure I could flap more. This is not just to look great. It's so much more than that. .
