👩🏻 First and foremost, I believe that everyone should monitor their calorie intake and exercise for at least a while (even if it's only for 3 weeks, or as long as 3 years).

Here's why:

🧠 What you will learn about nutrition from calorie and protein tracking is invaluable! You will learn the nutritional value of different foods, you will learn how to make an intuitive choice of good foods and you will be able to control how your body looks and feels even after the tracking process has stopped.

But before we get there, we have to determine personal calories and macronutrients. Let's do it now!

👉🏼 Step 1: Determine maintenance
⠀⠀
This is the number of calories you need to maintain body weight. You can determine that by multiplying body weight (pounds) by 14-15.

👉🏼 Step 2: Adjust the slope / leftover calories
⠀⠀
If your goal is fat loss is a good place to start by subtracting 500 from level 1.
⠀⠀
💥 Note: If you are under 1,200 here, please help! And if you are over 2,400 here, let us know!

👉🏼 Steps 3-5: Add protein, fat, carbohydrates

💪 15 minutes heating:

usually stretch for 2 minutes, then start slowly for 2 minutes, then fast for 5 minutes, then run slowly for 5 minutes and then cool slowly. It all to make your body ready to lift 💪🏋🏻‍♀️

Finally, here are some other things to keep in mind:

1️⃣ When planning your daily caloric intake in Step 1, if your goal is fat loss and calories are below 1,200 or over 2,400, please comment below for help!

2️⃣ When calculating your protein intake, you might want less protein than 1.0 grams per pound of body weight or 2.2 grams per kilogram of body weight.

In these cases, do not hesitate to use 0.8 grams per pound of body weight or 1.8 grams per kilogram of body weight.

3️⃣ When calculating your fat intake, keep in mind that your preferences come into play here.
If you like a lower fat diet, you should be in the lower range of the spectrum, and if you like a high fat diet, you should be in the upper range of the spectrum.

4️⃣ Carbon. This one can be tricky, but here's the reason …
Total caloric intake daily – calories from protein – calories from fat = calories from carbohydrates
Carbohydrate calories divided by 4 = number of carbohydrates per day in grams
