🚴‍♀️ After all, you usually burn only 600-800 calories after a great workout (if you work your butt off). .
O So how does anyone achieve fat loss? .

🔑 The key is that we need to change our mindset. .
💊 It is human in nature to look for "quick solutions", but as with most things in life, it does not exist. The only solution is persistent hard work (sorry to burst your ball😉)
👨🏻‍🏫 Introduce 500 calories a day ….

. Burning 500 calories a day is a much higher goal. If you can do this with exercises every single day, you will be on the right track to burning 1 pound of fat a week. .

💭 It seems a lot of work to burn only 1 pound? Keep in mind that this does not take into account the diet (which is much more important for fat loss). .
. 🥦 Now let's apply the same principals to our diet:

🍎 Review your current diet plan and create a healthy diet to limit your calories. (IE Sparkling Water instead of Soda). If you can cut 500 calories a day (which is very feasible) then it would be another pound of fat loss per week. .

. U Structural practices and practices that implement these rules will get you on track to easily lose more than 50 pounds of fat in one year! Crazy what a little change of perspective can do?

I tried something different this morning and it was amazing! .
Halloumi and zucchini fry – just grate both ingredients, add egg and a little salt and pepper, fry in a little olive oil and voila you get a very quick and easy breakfast. .
Eating well does not have to be expensive, time consuming or boring. I just got creative with the raw materials I had left in the fridge. .
Disclaimer – I am really a milk intolerant so I will suffer from deficiencies but I can honestly say it was worth it this time. .
