How many weekends do you end up saying "fuck it, I'll just start again on Monday" ?? This was the story of my Life before! 🤦🏻‍♀️ As the weekend gets closer and closer, you get more and more anxious to think about how you're going to be on the right track ….. It's tiring!

All you want to be able to do is enjoy the weekend but they are overcome with stress, guilt and binge …. Can I give you my BEST tips to STAY with all the emotional turmoil !? Stop trying to be so damn perfect!

That's right, you heard me!

The more perfect you try to be, the more restrictions you put on yourself, the more rules you make yourself to follow, the MORE your consistency will be!

You are actually doing a service elsewhere by being so & # 39; perfect & # 39 ;. If you are & # 39; perfect & # 39; Monday-Thursday, then do it through Friday until the job ends … But make sure you break when you go out to dinner with your girlfriends and just can't stomach another salad ….. That means Friday is toast, why would you even try it on Saturday?

Then on Sunday? HA! Time to get ALL the food you can't have before you start again on Monday!

See how it works? Correlation goes from 100% to about 60% this weekend!

I made this last week a snapshot to test it out. Still, I'm not sure how I feel about the instant pot. I see its value and use, but I have not sold it is better than a jug yet. This meal is super easy to make if you buy frozen cauliflower and the microwave in the bag of green beans. All you have to do is microwave the beans, a few potatoes and cauliflower and toss the roast in the crust. The meat is always super flavorful and warms well in the microwave. The juices that the meat cooks serve as a wonderful meat juice to spoon over the potato and cauliflower puree 😇😇😇⁣

Once again, calorie information regarding weight loss and weight gain will be different for everyone. Adjust as needed! In the weight loss version, the ratio of cauliflower to potatoes is much higher, there are more green beans and 4oz of beef. I also released butter that is used when fried. This meal allows you to get a proper volume of meals that helps you to be full at times with low calorie intake. The weight gain is a full potato with a little cauliflower mixed in and 8oz + of meat. The meat was also cooked with butter which gave it a much richer flavor than it was added to the mass of calories needed to gain weight. You can also split the rice potatoes into this dish if you wish !! ⁣

It's #NSV all by itself, since my line of work is prone to snack and eats fast food. Anyone asked someone why I do not count the number when I recommend the weight of Instagram and it's very simple (for me, anyway). I want to love my body, love me and love that number – no matter what it says. How I do it is to ignore the dozen when I say my weight (it is recorded in my journal with the decimal). Well, healthy people do not go around saying "I'm 115.3 pounds." And if I want to be slim, I have to think little. Perhaps when I'm closer to my goal, I emphasize this figure because weight loss slows, but now everything is just good for me, my self-esteem and my decision! ❤😄❤👊💪
