Since my cut begins today, I think I'd send before and after a photo.

Not even a year and it's a mind to blow to me. I worked so hard to get where I am now.
Hard-work & dedication is the key.

The last time I did cut was the summer of 2017, it was very easy for me because I wanted it so bad. Temporary fasting really helped me and that's what I'm going to do at the moment. I have my first meal at my 12th and last meal of 8. I remember the first 2 weeks was hard for me but after that it will be easier. Last time I did not have a meal and I realized how important it is to have meals ready, because I'd starve and eat just what I could get my hands on and I do not want to do it right now. I want more structure. I'm still not sure what to do with my exercise, but I'll figure it out.
