😉 The mindset of the cheat meal is probably the most destructive mentality you can adopt when it comes to your nutrition. And with the most destructive. I mean, you are literally in danger of ruining your efforts all week for one or two days.

Yes, it is very possible.

Just check the "what most people do" part of this movie. As you can see, literal prisoners are literally turned away from the opposite behavior over the weekend. Yeah, you just read it. Opposing behavior. Eating well on weekdays and going out and eating whatever is on your hands for one or two days this weekend is ridiculous and does more harm than good.

Instead of doing something ridiculous like that. You should learn how to incorporate the foods you want into your weekly diet. Do you see a difference in the first and second weeks on this graph? You get to eat foods you like during the week and can still lose fat while you do.

This is the BEST way to go about things. Having cheating meals that you don't chase and eating just what you can have in your hands, does more harm than good. Trust me. I've been there. It doesn't make sense. You could directly ruin your deficit for the week.

If you feel the need to "cheat" your diet. Get yourself a new diet. Because it does not make sense and results in productive behavior on weekends.

When people come to me in training and say they want to lose fat. The first thing I ask them then is, "What are you doing right now to lose fat?" Most often, the answer is something along the lines of "I tried diet with X tad and X juice cleanse but they didn't work. I also do cardio 5x a week & # 39;

Now, this is not necessarily wrong, I know it's pretty hard to figure out what information and products are real and which ones are fake because let's be honest here. The gym and especially the supplement industry is pretty shady and if you are just getting started it can be a real maze to get through ..

Here's what you want to be doing to really lose fat:
👉 Call your nutrition. Be low in calories and eat adequate protein, eat mainly all the food and all the good stuff.
👉 Strength training 2-5x a week.
👉 Sleep well and make sure your stress levels are not through the roof.
OwNow if we nailed all these things we can see how much heart you should do.

I know that's not really what you want to hear, but it's the truth and I can't really pack it better ..

Something that a lot of people underestimate is the importance of food selection when it comes to hunger. Yes, calories are king and macro comes in second place. But if these calories and macros come from foods that have little or no nutritional value, you are not going to control your hunger.

These 9 foods will definitely help you manage your hunger. Ice cream because caffeine has an appetite that suppresses work. Carrots and sweet potatoes because they are high in fiber. Protein drinks, beef, egg whites and shrimp because they are high in protein and Cantaloupe because it is basically water and you can literally eat a loaf of it without eating a lot of calories. This will definitely fill you!
